The Return/Exchange Policy for E-commerce
- All Sales are refundable for the merchandise purchased on full price.
- Discounted merchandise does not qualify for refund; however, exchange will be entertained within 7 days after the package has been delivered by the courier.
- To qualify for Refund/Exchange, the item must be returned within 7 days after the package has been delivered by the courier
- Invoice or e-receipt needed (or exact date needed to track purchase).
- Refund/Exchange is only possible on unworn/unused merchandise with all tags attached.
